About:

• We'll have a 90 minutes impact interview coaching session on skype or telephone. The session is  aimed to develop your personal brand strategy and personalized interview responses for a specific role you are interviewing.
• We will start with a diagnostic interview that will calibrate your current interview performance and provide an assessment of what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve it in order to gain confidence and get your best game on before the interview.  
• I will research in real time details about the interviewer, company, team&management in order to tailor our approach on the specific mission,vision and projects your prospective employer has. Based on the findings I can give you tips on how to make the strongest first impression in a one to one or panel interview. 
• For best results get a pen and paper during the session and note down key observations. 
  
• I will offer you a complimentary 30 minutes after interview feedback session that will help you decode your performance and decide on your next steps.
