Personal Growth Plan
In two online sessions I will assist you in developing a Personal Growth Plan that will help you accomplish your professional goals, cultivate healthier relationships and become the person you dream of being.

Personal Mentoring
Over a 6-month period we will meet monthly for coaching. Step one will be to develop a Growth Plan based on your personal goals. I will send you a regular  e-mail for ongoing encouragement and coaching.

Leadership Development
Growing as a leader requires action and a clear plan. I will help you develop that plan. Over 12 months we will meet monthly for coaching and accountability. I will also provide you additional resources to help you achieve your goals and grow as a leader.

29 day gigs will be marked complete after 1 month although delivery may stretch over several months depending on your needs.
